Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees, as delays can occasionally occur.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. A valid street address is required for all deliveries.

We are not liable for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after being delivered to the address provided. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment of undeliverable packages.
